Some browsers will refuse to access it without encryption unless you're VERY insistent. Others will try the encrypted version first...

I think you might need to read that a little deeper. That says they emailed @makemkv.com directly and got refunded, they didn't reach out to the payment processor. That means someone received the email from MakeMKV and then refunded said order.

At this point I have to assume he's got a work or family emergency / obligation, and just can't get to this. Might be time to find a mod you trust to generate keys. Either way, I hope all is well. There's (currently) no way to extract the ATMOS track as TrueHD without the ATMOS extensions directly. Like I said, I think the people that have tried it are using ffmpeg to strip the ATMOS extensions from the track.
