I think you might need to read that a little deeper. That says they emailed @makemkv.com directly and got refunded, they didn't reach out to the payment processor. That means someone received the email from MakeMKV and then refunded said order.

At this point I have to assume he's got a work or family emergency / obligation, and just can't get to this. Might be time to find a mod you trust to generate keys. Either way, I hope all is well. The age of the product doesn't lend itself to some kind of sell and vanish tactic, even if I'm new to ...

Is there something going on with this specific movie? I sent my logs a few hours before this thread popped up. Usually it's been updated within a day in my experience.

I have no idea what would be causing your issue. It should be less than 1 hour for UHD. Usually 30-45 minutes.

There's (currently) no way to extract the ATMOS track as TrueHD without the ATMOS extensions directly. Like I said, I think the people that have tried it are using ffmpeg to strip the ATMOS extensions from the track. Some people were doing this before because they don't have ATMOS capable receivers...
