I too had not used MakeMKV for a while and upgraded to v 1.14x; I found it incredibly slow too. initially I downgraded to V1.12x, which worked until 1 Feb, when the current password expired and new one not available. I went back to v1.14.2 and had a more detailed look around. I am using Win 7 Pro 64...
