Thanks for posting, this fixed it for me. Apparently, makemkvcon needs filename.iso when backing up a DVD but a folder name when backing up a BD. Better late than never, I can confirm that 663 is the correct playlist. It is the only one that has the first 4 segments in the correct order (503,500,508,507) and it matches the wide version found in 101 scene by scene
