Forget it, figured it out.

Any get this movie to rip. I tried both "angles" and the disc looks good. It decrypts and rips fine, but the video is full of artifacts.

Wonder if I can explain that to Best Buy. Usually just buy the single disc version since I only rip the movie, don't like the extras, just like the movie to start immediately when I pick it on xbmc. Hopefully i can exchange it. Its funny, the only reason I rip the movies to my hard drive is to avoid...

Think i found it. If it is the tgz file in my makemkv directory then it is on its way to mike.

Im not seeing a file in my data folder. What do i look for? I went to the preferences menu to see what folder it was saved to and also made sure the BD+ dump box was checked to "always" create dump files. But I don't know what to send as I don't find any file. I'd like to help with my copy...

I have gotten the same error with two copies of the same movie. (returned first when it wouldn't rip). Any other ideas?
