I continue to have issues. Sometimes I get the DEBUG code (which I got every time yesterday), and now I am sometimes getting a "Fatal error occurred, program will now exit" dialog. I click "OK" and it does, in fact, exit. I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but it made no dif...

It's still not working for me. I'm still getting the DEBUG: Code 03DF error and the drive just won't stop trying to read the disk. If it's now fixed, how do I download the fix? I just purchased a key. I hope I get my instance to work again. I've only tried BD's. Thanks.
