I was able to rip the 4K version no problem a couple days ago. It was about 63GB ripped and works perfectly.

Clear instructions are only possible with clear information. Do you have debug logging turned on? The FAQ link in my signature will tell you how to turn it on. I got it today and it had FW 3.01, I can watch blurays with PowerDvD 18 and I was able to rip Venom UHD at 47GB, which was almost twice and big as the Bluray rip which is pretty good since 4K is 4 times Bluray LOL!
