Thanks Grauhaar I ended up using Handbreak to Change it to AC3 "THEN" selecting 5.1 from dolby audio II. This gave the original 5.1 sound i was looking for. Otherwise just changing it to AC3 left it stereo.. I just used trial and error to find which subtitle and used NikTools to set which ...

I am wondering the folder that you store the movies in on your windows 10 box. Please check the permissions. I'm no expert as I've been only doing this for a few weeks. However when i'm running Handbrake, My CPU (i7 - 2600k overclocked) is pegging at 98% usage.
