Is this an remote drive? "The folder F: appears to be a root folder on optical drive, however drive can't be accessed by program. The operation will most likely fail." This msg says, that the drive is not working like an optical drive. No, not a remote drive, direct USB connection to lapt...

Hi, yes drive is detected as 'BD-ROM Drive (F:)', screenshot from Explorer below

Problem is my external Blu-ray drive is not recognised by MakeMKV, it is not included in the 'Source' drop-down list (which only contains my laptops internal DVD drive).
