I just had the same problem. I fixed it by reverting to v1.12.3. I think Libradrive has some unresolved issues, going to a version before Libradrive works better on some disks.

Try this:
Open the disk manually, and just put "4" in the title selection box. If that works, do the same for "5".
I do not know why, but sometimes that makes a difference.

I had and interesting issue. I have a brand new Fifth Element 4K UHD HDR disc. I tried to rip it with 1.14.2 and it kept erroring out in the middle. It was a hash check error.
