I managed to get this to work - lesson learned. Despite it being a brand new disk - literally opened the package and took the disk and put it straight into my computer drive - it apparently had some smudge or whatever that choked it. I took a cloth and wiped down the disk and tried again and it work...

2 questions - There are 2 files of 36GB - does anyone know why? Second - more important: MakeMKV will not successfully save either one. Four other smaller files do just fine.
