No. That is the HDR10 metadata. It’s clearly telling you what type of metadata it's using by labeling it “Commercial name : HDR10”. It can’t get any clearer than that.

Attempting to “play” that stream will get you nowhere. It’s not an actual standalone video stream.

It's a closed, proprietary format and no way to store it in MKV.

Today I saw a "release" of a movie that was MKV and had 2 video streams. I assume the second is the Dolby Vision layer.
