RipBot264 will also do HDR. All my DVD/Blu-ray/UHD discs has been run through RibBot264. Grainy sources have been degrained using MDegrain2 which offers amazing results. I encoded CRF18 for all my files. For those that say disk is cheap, that may be, but I would need a half PB to store my disc colle...

It it unusual to not have an update with the keys after four days? I also submitted mine on the 23rd.

You sure? It still says the keys aren't known here.

MakeMKV downloaded the new keys this morning. My USA copy is ripping now.

Yes, it is. How long ago did you send it? It can take a few days for support. It's not immediate.

I've been sending the file every few days for the last couple of weeks.

I'm on that latest I believe v1.14.2.

I keep trying the US released UHD disc every few days. I keep getting the error about not being able to decrypt:
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Backup failed

I email the dump file to svq@makemkv.com
Is that still the correct email address to send it to?
