Mr. Ghotti, just to clarify, these new LG drives are "Official" UHD drives that you are downgrading to "Friendly"? Can they be upgraded back to official if the need arises? I'm guessing the official software will no longer work after the downgrade, that it won't be recognized as...

It's the end of an era, Fry's Electronics has put all LG Optical drives on clearance, meaning soon they'll no longer be carrying them! Something about poor sales ever since they restocked the shelves with all year 2018 built models :-) Anyone looking for a WH16NS60 official UHD drive I can get them...
