Why would you think that your stanhdalone BluRay player would play an .MKV file?I tried the mkv on my Samsung Blu-Ray player and the player states the file is not supported. Any ideas?

Re: Makemkv crashes when scanning the drives
I am running vista home premium 32bit and have anydvd running. There is no need/purpose/benefit to run AnyDVD when using MakeMKV, as MakeMKV does its own decrypting of both standard DVDs and BluRay discs. Actually, running AnyDVD may conflict with MakeMKV - perhaps it's the cause of, or a contribut...

Re: Bluray fails with these messages.
MakeMKV is fully capable of decrypting/ripping virtually all standard DVDs and BluRay discs.I ripped this bluray (When We Left Earth disc 1) with AnyDVD ripper, and tried to mkv it with make MKV.

Re: Fatal Errors on multiple BDs
Hi!
Looks like a bad rip.
Do you have the same problem if you use the actual, original BluRay disc instead of the .ISO image file?

Re: Works Great but how do I shrink the MKVs like in ripbot?
@crashman Hi! You an use either "multiAVCHD" (Load the .MKV directly into "multiAVCHD") or "BluRay Rebuilder"/"BD-RB" (First load the .MKV into "tsMuxeR" and convert back to original BluRay "package" format). After using either of the abov...
