What I did notice is eac3to sees it as 43 chapters but MakeMKV sees it as 42 chapters... that tells me its not reading the original movie properly 1) As long as you've mentioned this, your conclusion would only be valid if your original BluRay disc also has 43 chapters 2) Are you sure that the Make...

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean?

Can't you simply use an original BluRay disc from your present collection - the ones you've been using to create the .ISO image files from?

The BD was an .iso made with AnyDVDHD


Take a more scientific approach and use MakeMKV with your original BluRay disc...

@Mike Chen Although v.4.11 in "Backup" mode properly copies a full still encrypted BluRay disc to hard drive, at some point (I had the program minimized)the MakeMKV window is reduced in size by about 50%. Additionally, there is no notifaction whatsoever that the backup has been completed....
