I get exactly the same problem. Running windows 7 , anydvd hd, virtual clonedrive.
Doesnt' matter, just copy the disc to ISO, then load that. But, still a bug none-the-less.

Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 4 Discs 1 and 2
I made an ISO of Curb Your Enth. Season 4 disc one. Opened the ISO with MakeMKV , which scans the discs, but title 3 and 4 are skipped (the same thing happens with Disc 2). All of the other seasons worked OK though. This problem is only with S4 discs 1 & 2. I can play the ISO's fine with VLC. I ...
