Evidently I need to upgrade to a later version of makemkv.
Just started using my current one about 6 weeks ago and must have caught the tail end of its usefulness.
Problem: this laptop is an OS X Yosemite 10.10.5, and I'm not sure if it can operate a more
current version of Makemkv.
I don't remember ...
