Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. C:\Users\hipch\.MakeMKV\ in your case) and restarting MakeMKV?

If this doesn't work, could you make your TGZ dump ...

Ordered an wh16ns40 on amazon. Was able to flash to firmware 1.02 using the youtube video link. it says libre drive is enabled and i'm on mt1959.
