Thank you both!! I appreciate your response but am upset at the same time it is me lol. I have ripped 40 uhd discs thus far without issue.

I forget what the error message says but it that message that comes up when there isnt a hash key for this title yet lol.

Just want to make sure that is the issue and it's not me.

It's the end of an era, Fry's Electronics has put all LG Optical drives on clearance, meaning soon they'll no longer be carrying them!
