I have tried several times with four different movies. I have tried Aliens, Alien Resurrection, Hellraiser & Thor Blu-rays, All of these convert to mkv easily. However, the choice of making a backup is grayed out. why would this happen. Using an LG W10LS30 with v1.00 Firmware. I've now tried my ...
