That track is 3D. Mkvtoolnix should work.

I’ve gotten lots of used discs through Amazon. Haven’t had any problems with them.

I get them if they are a good price and listed as “like new” or “very good”.

Might be data that was not part of the main 3D mpls or audio track.

... both have ripped and played just fine in spite of those notifications. The same 2d versions of those titles had no hash check errors. No missing chapters? Windows Makemkv version 1.12.3 has been unable to rip 3D blu-rays and reports corrupt source file and hash check errors. 1.12.2 rips the same discs without problem.
