Re: DTS HDMA audio muxing question
Thanks mate. That makes sense. I did decompress as w64 when I first started mucking around but I wasn't sure if muxing a wav into the container was right. So my understanding now is that wav is a PCM stream and w64 supports the large file size (this one is 8Gb once decompressed) but I can mux as fla...

Re: DTS HDMA audio muxing question
Righto, gotcha both, thanks. I never even considered that the player would decode, but of course it would. But lets say for arguments sake the player can't or I wanted to build a BluRay. I assume from what ArArdin says that I would make it a DTS HDMA, track then mux it in. What do I decompress the f...

DTS HDMA audio muxing question
Hi all, long time away, thankyou again for your clever app. Q. I have an mkv video file that contains DTS and AC3 audio. All good so far. I also have a matching DTS HDMA track that I want to mux into it but the track has been encoded in .flac. I assume to save space for transport. What do I decompre...

Re: Key expiration and time zones. A DownUnder anomaly?
Hmmmm. I set my clocks from my router which sets to au.pool.ntp.org so they are close enough I reckon but wait.... Although I can't tell you exactly when it expired on my machine, I opened up MakeMKV about 1330 AWST on the 31st and the key had expired. We are UTC +8 I think, so according to my drug ...

Re: Why People Complain About Registration Key Not Working
BTW plural of Forum is Forums. Unless you are talking about the physical place.... as in Rome....with togas. Then it's Fora if there are more than one. Which there probably was.
Sorry, but I couldn't resist the bump.

Re: Key expiration and time zones. A DownUnder anomaly?
Yes mate, it certainly does explain what I kinda figured must be the only explanation. It's no biggy from my point of view, It can wait. Thought it may be a bug or an oversight so I figured I would bring it up.Or maybe it's just us Aussies getting the tail end of everything as per! Cheers and Beers Oz

Re: Key expiration and time zones. A DownUnder anomaly?
Yeah man, I hear ya. Been using it for a while. I think you missed my point. My question regarded the time on the 60th day, if you will be so kind as to have another look. Indulge me for a moment please. Imagine I was a brand new user and I downloaded the program at the exact point in time I used it...

Re: Why People Complain About Registration Key Not Working
Yeah man, I agree. MakeMKV is Free while in Beta. Simple. Make of that what you may and decide what you do with the Software based on your answer. I'm nearly 60 and been around ripping, backups and warez of one sort or another for over 30 of those years. One thing I find unfortunate is the replies o...

Key expiration and time zones. A DownUnder anomaly?
Hey guys, Thankyou Mike for allowing me to use your prog for free for so long. Very Cool :D I haven't posted before, more of a lurker really, so I want this to be praise, it's definitely not a complaint that's for sure. I don't rip many BluRays, I would mux or re-mux with MKVToolNix more often than ...
