Have you checked the Plex activity screen on another machine while watching the files and made sure its not trying to transcode something? That is the only time I've experienced anything similar. I wish Plex was a little more intuitive/transparent about when it is transcoding something on the screen...

We picked up the 8 movie collection of Harry Potter (UHD/DVD/Digital) and 7 of the discs/movies decrypted fine. I did a full back up of the discs. I've ran into the same issue, first 2 films report no key when using the latest hashed_keys file, but the rest seem to be going okay. I also sent my dumps in just in case they're not the same keys, though the situation appears to be the same. Same here. First 2 won't decrypt, all the rest work fine...
