Well, after several years of faithful service, I finally managed to kill my MSI UHD drive today. So, which drive is currently the easiest to obtain and easiest to flash for UHD compatibility?

Anyone have a status update regarding this UHD disc and full backups? Or have any alternative suggestions in general?

The chemical haze issue can be resolved by cleaning the disc. All you need to do is use a spray bottle with a 50/50 mix of water and rubbing alcohol.
