I am having the same identical issue when ripping a Redbox Toy Story 4 Blu Ray. I was able to play all of the content on my home entertainment system without any issue. I tried ripping Chappaquiddick several times and was unsuccessful too. The disc was pristine in appearance before and after cleaning it.
