Re: Odd external juwuoi External Blu Ray 7-in-1 drive?
Sorry about that. I might have selected the wrong drive on my computer. Let's start over. Drive link: https://www.amazon.com/juwuoi-External-Portable-Compatible-Windows/dp/B0DQKFLBYS This is the only info MakeMKV gives me. No firmware date. Drive Information OS device name: E: Current profile: BD-RO...

Re: Odd external juwuoi External Blu Ray 7-in-1 drive?
Can't tell from that. Post the Libredrive info section too. Although I seriously doubt it. From what info I can find, the CA10 is from around 2009-2012 thus too early to be flashed for UHD. Here it is: LibreDrive Information Status: Enabled Drive platform: MT1959 Firmware type: Patched (microcode a...

Odd external juwuoi External Blu Ray 7-in-1 drive?
Was doing a little research and I think this is a rebranded Hitachi-LG BP55EB40 (often referred to as BP55) drive? https://i.postimg.cc/yYLNF7g0/812X-ka-Gd4L-AC-SL1500.jpg Google says I can enable 4K with the firmware BU40N 1.00 or specific 1.03-MK version? Anyone know if this is true? MakeMKV info:...

ASUS BW-16D1HT - Any reason to go from 3.03 to 3.10?
I've had this drive for a while now and it seems to be working well but I noticed I seem to be on an old firmware 3.03 _211801191558 (Firmware date: 2118-01-19 15:58) In the mk-firmware-pack-20200720 I see there is a version of 3.10 -WM01601-211901041014. Should I upgrade? Is there some feature, com...

REQUEST: Never show again "It appears you have AnyDVD enabled"
I get it already
But until MakeMKV is on par with creating full ISO backups I'm going to be using AnyDVD to create them.
Can we at-least get a a "Do not show this warning again" option so I don't have to click yes every time?

Re: BatchMKV - batch GUI for MakeMKV
The program was sort of working then it failed to convert an ISO and the program just hung. I closed it and rebooted now the program does not launch. I click the BatchMKV icon and the windows 10 blue loading circle shows then nothing. Uninstalled and then re-install still can't launch the program no...

Possible issue with LG player subtitles not displaying.
I've come across this problem and I'm trying to pinpoint exactly what the issue is. The file created from MakeMKV has the subtitles as you can see below (VLC top LG bottom) but when I play the file on my LG the subtitle button is greyed out. Power DVD 16 & 18 and DVDFab player all display the su...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
How can you make the MP4 with movies that only have DTS-HD or DTS Audio, not AC3? The process is the same. FFMpeg is taking the audio stream you have, ripping it and encoding it into whatever format you want. Thank you for the suggestion, but when I "startmux.bat" back again the sound is ...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
I've read all 44 pages of this thread. Wouldn't it just be best for someone to code an ISO player for the popular TVs? LG, Sony, etc...? And no I don't have the knowledge myself but it can't be that hard for someone with the skills. I see so many crap apps on my LD OLED, why can't someone just make ...

Re: Is MakeMKV doing something strange with subtitles? Only working with VLC and not any playback across multiple devic
My LG OLED was capable of displaying subtitles via the native player at one point. I can guarantee you that, their media player is quite good.. Was wondering if the MakeMKV team had changed something. Maybe it's the LG Firmware. Just trying to narrow it down.

Is MakeMKV doing something strange with subtitles? Only working with VLC and not any playback across multiple devices.
When playing back an MKV on my Xbox and PC via VLC, the subtitle track shows up fine. But on my LG OLED on the latest firmware and the subtitle track option is greyed out on the same files as above in the native player. This also occurs on my Xbox when using the Media Player and Movie player. So on ...

Re: Feature Request: an "Uncheck All" feature
I'm not afraid to experiment, I promise! :) But I'm confused by this logic. Righ-click uncheck all. Now expand the title and get this: https://s22.postimg.cc/9yxlahlf5/Capture.jpg Still items checked. Now if I want only the main movie and the main audio, I have to uncheck the lossy conversion and al...
