d00zah, that's brilliant! Thanks. Moved the hashed keys file and it now works. Maybe I missed something in the instructions somewhere, but it's all sorted now.

Hi st4evr, I'm putting the hasked keys file in the MakeMKV directory. That's exactly what I did with version 1.10.10, and it worked prefectly. But since updating to version 1.12 it won't work. MakeMKV recognizes, displays the name, but fails to open any disc and creates a .dmp file each time I try. ...

I tried the 30-day trial of MakeMKV version 1.10.10 and successfully backed up one of my 4K UHD Blu-ray discs to a NAS.
