Sent log, I do see it in the spreadsheet but still got the error. Ensured it download the new keys fill as of today. Not sure why I do the can't decrypt error.

Posting the link to the FAQ I already read prior to posting is not very helpful.
My point in my prior posts is that I NEVER received an error message nor was it in the logs that I could find.
I am asking, besides experience, how is one to know what the error was

I'm good on the VPN stuff,,,,,,I mainly wanted to know what to look for as far a failure. Without Billy's nudge I wouldn't have the info to solve the issue.

I have tried They Live (scream cast edition listed in spreadsheet), Glory, both Evil Deads and they all fail due to unknown volume key.
