Re: Pacific Rim Uprising
I had trouble with makemkv version 1.12.3 when trying to rip Pacific Rim Uprising 3d and 2d discs from the best buy 4k set. I went back to version 1.12.0 and it worked fine. V1.12.3 hasn't been working very good for me at all. It has failed me for probably 6 titles so far. The most recent are Guardi...

Re: A Better Way To Find The Correct Playlist/Segment Map
So I was able to figure out the correct playlist by playing the files, but I would still like to know how to get the complete segment output. Anyone? Otherwise, I have to rip all the files and play them, which takes a long time to rip and much more time to play each one. Even after that, I may not b...

Re: A Better Way To Find The Correct Playlist/Segment Map
I also tried dumping the info as outlined in the OP. The output is still truncated with ... at the end. Is there any way to display the entire segment list? The last segment shown is 949/1125 which matches 2 different mpls files and also appears to be maybe halfway through the movie.

Re: A Better Way To Find The Correct Playlist/Segment Map
So far what I have figured out is instead of setting the filter in procmon to m2ts, it must be set to ssif for 3d. Now my problem is with cars 1 the playlist is so long it is cut off with .... at the end.

Re: A Better Way To Find The Correct Playlist/Segment Map
Is there a way to find the correct segments/videos for a 3d movie? I tried the filters mentioned and powerDVD, but no luck. This works great for 2d though.

Re: MPLS vs. M2TS

Under segment map I get Segment map: 2234/2245,2236/2246,2237/2250,2240/2251,2262/2267,2264/2269,2265/2270 another is Segment map: 2234/2245,2236/2246,2239/2249,2240/2251,2263/2268,2264/2269,2266/2271 and the thir...

Re: Can't find any usable optical drives
Thank you for this, you save me a bunch of time!. I recently installed new windows updates and I'm thinking that messed with makemkv, because my problem started with the first system restart after the updates.
