Hello d00zah, Thank you for the reply and explanation. It's working now. I'd forgotten that MakeMKV can download from the internet for the latest updates. Network connection added. Problem solved. In the past, I've always downloaded the latest binary and that's worked for problem titles. Best Regards.

I mailed support@makemkv.com with the tgz file 3 days ago but have not heard back.

As this title is already known to makemkv, 'key not found' presumably means they're releasing the same title with different keys.
