Here's something else to chew on -- I use VLC to play Blurays, and for some reason, for this Bluray, I can't. This is the error I get:

No valid processing key found in AACS config file.

Is it possible that this Bluray is using some newer protection scheme? Then again, maybe it's just a failure ...

I actually have 2 other BD-ROM drives! Same thing. Attached both files.

So if this is a problem with the disc itself, what can I do? All sending it back to Amazon will accomplish is them sending me the same disc with the same problem, most likely. Do I need to write to the manufacturer?

FYI, I just used Windex to really clean the heck out of this thing, but unfortunately the result is an identical failure.

Line 5 of the log indicates a new version of MakeMKV is available. While it may not be the solution, have you considered at least trying this version?
