Could try installing parallels trial version and then use the flashing tool from within windows 10. Of if you have a friend with a windows machine, borrow it to flash your drive.

I e-mailed the dump on 08/08 and nothing happened for a while so I got fed up and tried the disc with passkey which ripped it.

I had the opposite experience with a UK version.
Got it this Monday (UK release day) and put the discs into MakeMKV about 15:00 and they all immediately decrypted. I was very impressed.

Since Mike is still visiting the forum from time to time, I guess we can fall back to people uploading the dump files as attachments. I would rar the dump with a password and encryption though as it has sensitive contents that Mike may not want posted on his forum for all to see. You can PM the pas...
