It doesn't appear defective - and the disc plays perfectly normal when viewing. You know how discs can be sneaky like that tho and could be a small scratch I am missing. I will chalk it up as a disc issue and keep going.

Attempted to post a reply with logs - however it is pending review. Long story short, same errors when going to a 16gb USB2.0 Flash Drive. I assume you are not meaning Flash Memory (such as Micro SD) - however I could also try that if it is a possibility to resolve.
