I had to actually call PayPro Global in Toronto (+1-888-317-4868) to have them send my key email. Not ideal.
Got it a couple of minutes ago.

This is precisely the problem I'm encountering with "Fight Club". The disc is pristine.
The "Save Selected Titles" button is disabled, I guess because there's no detectable name string (or else it's a period), and there's no way for us to manually assign one. Here's the top portion of the hit list ...
