As of August 2009 Mike_Admin has stated there is no known way to demux the PGS subtitles from an MKV container. He said they may release a command line tool to do so at some point in the future, but who knows.

I'd definitely vote for number 1. Don't auto-populate every checkbox. Or perhaps allow a right mouse click option that removes all check marks if you do continue to auto-populate. Anyways, great program and thank you for making it available!

As Jahdoh said, make sure you have the latest firmware. Try unplugging the WDTV player as the power button doesn't truly turn it off and then turn it back on.
