Re: UHD Enabled Drives (Australia, NZ & Singapore among others!) & DIY "Single Drive Flasher UI" available worldwide!!

Stock levels updated in first post. All Pioneer branded drives are now gone! There will be no more. I do still have some Verbatim 43887's with the Pioneer BDR-UD03 cross-flashed to BDR-UD04 firmware for UHD compatibility available. This is the only drive currently available. I'll keep trying to sour...

Re: UHD rips failing

Using MakeMKV 1.18.3 Beta, seems I am unable to rip any UHD discs. I've tried three so far, including one I ripped previously with the same hardware. Bluray rips OK. Re: weird issues with BP60NB10/Svc 12

Hi, we've got a BP60NB10 that started off with Svc 12, and it's got a bit of weird stuff going on when alternate firmwares are flashed to it. our hope was to put OmniDrive on it, but that's a can of worms we've already opened on RibShark's github; in the interim we've flashed DE_LG_BP60NB10-NB12_1....

Re: Suggestions on backing up old self written DVDs

Hi I'm brand new to MakeMKV and the forums but I failed to find anyone talking about my issue. About 18 years ago I converted my family's old home movies into DVDs and burned them onto 4 DVD+R DL discs. It's on me to have lost the original ISOs since doing this but now I'm trying to protect the mem...

Re: My new Asus drive died - now what? Not sold anymore

hi, In January I got my new ASUS-BW-16D1HT drive - but it graduately would not read blurays - only DVDs which are also getting harder to find. So I think the drive is dying rapidly. Apparently the ASUS drive is no longer being produced or sold in any country in Europe willing to send to my Denmark....

Re: Unable to update firmware on LG BLuray burner

I have owned this drive (a LG BP50nb40, external usb 3 blueray drive) since 2015, it still has original firmware on it, I am unable to update the firmware due to the update saying the svc code as NS50 where it should be NB50, yet on the label on the bottom of my drive it says svc code NB40. How do ...

Re: 4kuhd disc scanning - new to MakeMKV

Extremely new to this forum and the overall MakeMKV world. I just purchased an archgon 4k bluray/4kUHD usb drive for the use of ripping a small collection of 4kuhd movies I have come into possession of to add to my plex collection. When opening the 4kuhd disc in MKV and scan the disc I ger the foll...

Re: Hit a wall with Slimline Flasher. OmniDrive bundle?

Okay, again: "If your external Buffalo / Archgon / LG BU40N has encrypted firmware, flash BU40N 1.03-MK first, then you can either leave it as is or flash BU40N 1.00 or Buffalo BU / BN firmware if you want to." I don't see the BU40N 1.03-MK in the all you need firmware pack, only the stoc...

Re: Downgrade of my BD-RE WH14NS40 MT1939 Possible?!?

Greetings folks! :D I may have posted my inquiry in the wrong place. My hope is that I may be able to downgrade the firmware of my BD-RE WH14NS40 but it has the MT1939 Drive Platform. So that means that 4K/UHD may not be possible? Not sure what the options are. Please advise? Thanks! KN Drive Infor...
