Re: Edit MKV file
Thanks both for your answers! Very useful :D So far I've used the Header editor of MKVToolNix (even though the ergonomics is poor) and it has been sooo much faster than to remux/rerip the files. For updating names & flags it's just perfect! Thanks :) Now, my last issue is when I need to remove ...

Re: Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide Updated 2024
But the sleep bug is not that bad to recover from you really do just open close the tray You may have a different problem Maybe but then I don't see what else it can be. My symptom is that when a disk (not necessarily UHD) is left idle in the drive for 2 minutes, the drive stops responding. Can't r...

Re: Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide Updated 2024
SDFtool Flasher only runs on Windows. If you're on Windows, it is what you should use. The command line instructions are for Linux or macOS. Thanks for your answer! :) Ok for using SDFtool Flasher on Windows. But precisely, my quote was the instructions... for Windows ! The videos is also for Windo...

Re: Problem with new LG BH16NS55SO
The problem is, I think, that you've flashed a slim drive firmware like BP60 or BU40N to a regular internal drive. The WH16NS60 MK 1.02 is the recommended one. How to get the drive back to regular function, I don't know. Thanks, you are correct that I messed up and chose the wrong file... It is now...

Re: BDR-XD08LE Flashing Help
I could still use help on that too, since I never received a reply after posting my Make MKV info - is there an issue with my drive? thanks :) You really should pm Mike admin and ask him if he can add your firmware version to the libredrive compatibility list. He will tell you if he can and what he...

Re: Pioneer BDR-208D - "No disk" for UHD
It very well could be that I'm missing something, but from what I've read on these forums, my drive should be able to read a UHD disk because it is enabled for LibreDrive. Am I wrong? Do I still need to do some extra flashing to get this to work? I have two UHD disks that just give a status of &quo...

Re: Archgon HL-DT-ST BD-RE BU40N Errors
Thank you for the reply dcoke22. I have MakeMKV installed, the drive has been empty and has been shut when I try. I actually also tried to flash it using the terminal on a MAC and the flash was "successful" however MakeMKV still reported the original firmware and thus it did not actually ...

Re: New LG WH16NS40 - 4K Deadpool and Wolverine
Hello all, I've been using MakeMKV for years, but am a nubie at 4K. I bought a new LG WH16NS40 after some research thinking could upgrade the firmware to WH16NS60, but I was only able to upgrade the firmware to WH16NS50. As I couldn't find the appropriate bin file. I got the 4K disk to be acknowled...
