I just recieved mine in the mail today and bugger it, it's a very bad attempt at a bootleg!! Both the BD disc and the UHD disc are empty DVD-R 4.38GB discs with the label printed on them!!! Now in the process of arranging a return/refund with Amazon.

Thanks for advice. Well, that's an original disc.

In MakeKV when you click the folder icon to make a complete disc to folder backup, in the next popup window where you choose the location, ensure you also check the box to decrypt the content.

I've been having a few issues as well - and right now I cannot get 1 disc to go no matter what (get's about 1/2 through), but it does play just fine on direct from the drive...

Give the disc a good clean before trying again.
