Re: Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom (4K)
I'm having problems with ripping Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom and I keep getting errors like: Error 'Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TIMEOUT ON LOGICAL UNIT' occurred while reading 'BD-RE HL-DT-ST BD-RE BP60NB10 1.02 SIM0421363418 and I don't what is going on. I cleaned the disc and I'm using MakeMKV 1...

Re: Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide Updated 2023
Hello, I dont get what I'm supposed to do from here, I have a Pioneer drive. The model is the BDR-XD08EMB-S. What am I supposed to do now ? Where do I find the firmware ? Post your MakeMKV drive info Actually I tried to just use MakeMKV without changing the firmware, and it seems to work so far, wi...

Re: WP50NB50-NB52 Non-MK?
So it appears to be stuck on HL-DT-ST BD-RE BP60NB10 1.00 , I am trying to jump direct to DE_LG_BU40N_1.00.bin and it does not appear to want to do it. The green LED is not blinking when it says that it is flashing. You can't flash to it directly. As I said previously, you must use the recovery pro...

Re: WP50NB50-NB52 Non-MK?
I bought an LG WP50NB50-NB52. I have successfully cross-flashed it to BP60NB10 v1.0. It is reading UHD discs without issues and still burns. MakeMKV and ImgBurn have no issues reading the data to MKV/M2TS/ISO. However, I would enjoy being able to use this drive in other programs without any issues....

Re: Pioneer firmware update February 2023
I just grabbed a Verbatim 43890, thinking it would support UHD drives (I'm replacing an LG drive that is slowing starting to create more and more errors, where it used to work flawlessly), and it isn't reading them today. Was I wrong about the UHD support? I can return it, so I'm fine grabbing anot...

Re: Need advice on LG UH12NS40
I have a LG UH12NS40 with the original firmware of 1.0 and It has worked okay allowing me to rip 40/66 UHD disks. Of the 26 disks that wouldn't rip I got either 'Read Errors' or 'Hash Check Errors' which led me here to figure out it's probably the drive having issues. The dilemma that I am now runn...
