Check that MakeMKV didn't move it to the top - one of the characteristics of MakeMKV finding the "main title" is that it will be one of the first ones listed. I thought that and assumed that title 00 was the one to rip. Imagine my surprise when watching the mkv file to find scenes jumbled...
