Thanks for this advice. Much appreciated.
As I only rip the main film folder I do not need this suffix. Also I have noticed that when you use Media Monkey to manage the titles you can point at the folder rather than the actual file. This now means that from now on I dont need to worry ...

I have the same question of the same drive.
When I launch Makemkv and it starts to read the Bluray this is the message..
MakeMKV v1.14.2 win(x64-release) started
Using direct disc access mode
LibreDrive firmware support is not yet available for this drive (id=D1C17F787A5D)

I dont see 'filename' when I click on 'Properties ..Name in the Experts Mode all I can select is Metadata Language and Name... No Filename as per this post above?

Excellent.. Would never have thought of that. In fact a simple Header with a tick box would have been a more sensible way of achieving the same. In today's world everything is becoming more self explanatory. I must be getting old!

Once a DVD / Bluray has been analysed Makemkv presents you with a decision / choice for you to 'un-tick' which files to copy.
Today I loaded Deepwater Horizon and it 'found' 326 26 gb files to copy!!!!
Clearly the index on the Bluray was being awkward and trying to be difficult....
