I am still not able to get a trial version of MakeMKV to accept my original activation key from Nov 2012. How many characters should the key have? My key is in a email address format....

When upgrading to windows 10 I had to reinstall ....My activation code that I purchased several years ago is not valid. I found the original email but the code was linked to a url that was no longer active.
