installed new version, was i supposed to uninstall the previous version somehow?
is there supposed to be a log file somewhere?
anyway here is a screenshot running against my ripped iso, hope it helps but the log looks sparse.
Makemkv becomes unresponsive and needs to be forced to quit - same with ...

i can confirm this, Killbill 1 + 2 will not even get through reading the titles. Disk continues to spin for hours reading title 0:0 on both disks
Ive used AnyDVDHD to rip the disks to ISO's ( removing encryption ) but makemkv still will not read the titles. If i can be of any help just sing out ...
