Issues with current version
I updated the software last week any my drive now only reads DVD's, it's not having any part of Blu-ray discs. Has anyone else had this problem? I've tried reinstalling several times to no avail. Any suggestions of what get it working again? TIA

I've deleted and reinstalled it numerous times. I get several errors, or sometimes nothing at all and the disc just spins and spins and spins.

I'm having the same problem with 1.14.2, nothing has worked since it was installed. I'm using Windows Defender and it hasn't indicated anything was detected.

This may be a very basic question and not really pertain to this, but is this "drive lottery" referencing the ability to rip UHD movies only? If I was to get one of these drives would it still be able to rip standard blu-rays? I am thinking about getting the LG WH16NS40 drive that has bee...

LG BE16NU50 with the 1.01 firmware. 1.02 breaks it, so get one and check the underside to see which version it has. The august 2017 batch works, 1.02 was released in december. Appreciate the advice! Okay, got the TrueHD "visable" so I can rip them. Rip my blu-ray, process the file with Handbrake while attaching the TrueHD file, copy it to our hard drive, go to play it and get..."Unsupported audio file format." What we have put together is running a hard drive into a Sony BDP...

Hi, New to the board and the software. I'm in the process of putting our movies (dvd and Blu-ray) onto a hard drive for use in our condo.
