Hi :-) I know this is a classic, but it seems I tried everything to no avail ... I just downloaded a fresh copy today (v. 1.10.6) for OS X (Mavericks 10.9.5), deleted the old one as I've done before, but it seems the evaluation period isn't reset, so I can't use the software.
