You probably have both libqt3-dev and libqt4-dev installed, and alternatives set to use qt3 tools by default. The change above was enough for me.

Same here. The UK Kill Bill bluray I have here have an "interesting" H.264 stream without a fps field, so mplayer won't show any video without "-fps 23.976" added to its options. And the DTS/AC3 sound tracks are german/french/etc, not english. Looks like there's only one english ...

Small follow-up: I'm able to grab the disc contents with DumpHD and watch the whole decrypted .m2ts file in mplayer, but makemkv still fails in the same place when I give it the decrypted contents. No change.
