Blu-ray A-Team (UK) seems to "make" ok, but upon closer viewing the chapters are incorrectly placed.
Everything else seems fine (including subtitles via .srt file).

Same issue with:
- Blu-ray Deja Vu (UK)
- Blu-ray Wolfman (UK)

The strange thing is that MKVToolNix gets the chapters correct on all ...
