Wow that was fast...
The drive does not appear under the file manager unless there is a disc inserted. Upon insertion I immediately get a notification in the bottom left corner of the screen saying "choose what to do with blu ray movies". When I put this disc in nothing happens at all

Sorry to reopen this thread...this is my first post and I wasn't sure whether to start a new one or just continue from here. Anyway, I've been using MakeMKV to backup encrypted discs for awhile now and I really like the program (especially the free beta key!), but I'm now just encountering this same...
