When I run this as described I eventually get an "out of memory" error and it kills itself. What may I be doing wrong ...

Ah, turns out there's a line under each title you select that says something like CC => lossy compression or similar. If you uncheck it, it works.

I have a pretty stock ubuntu-18.04 desktop that's run makemkv with no problem before. I noticed the new version (1.14.2), followed the install directions:
sudo apt-get install build-essential pkg-config libc6-dev libssl-dev libexpat1-dev libavcodec-dev libgl1-mesa-dev libqt4-dev zlib1g-dev
cd ...

Sorry, false alarm.

Turns out the list isn't sorted by MLPS number, so when I looked 697 was missing.

However it was listed out of order, and has the same segments as other posts mentioned.

So 697 is on the netflix bluray, glad I can watch it before I send it back. Linux has no native bluray ...

As an academic exercise I tried the Netflix version of Mockingjay Part 1. The correct title is 697:

Name: The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1
Source file name: 00697.mpls
Duration: 2:02:50
Chapters count: 16
Size: 17.9 GB
Segment count: 20

Does anyone know what mpls is correct for the Netflix bluray version?

I see the same information as above for 00697.mpls on this version, including segment map. Suspect it's the same...

I thought the list of chapters was sorted, thus I search through the list of 600 by scrolling and clicking ...
