Did you, perhaps, ONLY select the "forced only" subtitles? If so, there were none to be found:

Have used MakeMKV for years. This disk is the first one with subtitle related problem. Audio tracks seems to be OK.

* Checked the disc. Normal play works (tested in PS4)
* Decryptet from disc. No reading errors and seems to do it thing, but there is not subtitles.
* Created non decrypted backup ...
